Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
Vye Health, Inc. ("Vye Health", "we", "us") operates the websites and services that power individual healthcare practices' public provider websites and patient-acquisition pages. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information from visitors to those provider websites. Where applicable, we handle protected health information in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Information We Collect
- Information you provide: Contact details (name, email, phone) you submit through a provider website's booking, intake, or inquiry forms.
- Information collected automatically: Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL, page timestamps), and cookies used for session management and anti-fraud protection.
- Analytics: Aggregated, de-identified usage metrics (e.g. which pages get the most visits) used to improve the product. We use advertising pixels (Google Ads, Meta) to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. These tools may collect anonymized data about site visits for attribution purposes. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
How We Use Information
- To deliver the requested service (e.g. forwarding a booking inquiry to the practice).
- To operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information with the individual practice you contact through their provider website. We share with infrastructure subprocessors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) only to the extent necessary to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
